Ryan Companies Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer for an on-site Seattle role. You will join the project team to learn Ryan processes while working from a construction site for six months or the project duration. You will assist in RFIs, shop drawings, vendor deliveries, safety procedures, and scheduling.

The role requires a construction-related Bachelor's degree and strong math, drawing interpretation, and cost-coding abilities. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Must be able to perform mathematical calculations, understand drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost-coding systems.
• Must be able to assume responsibility and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Help generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and coordination.
• Learn project dimensional control requirements and verify dimensions.
• Assist in coordinating vendor and subcontractor deliveries.
• Learn Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Gain understanding of site logistics and permit inspection process.
• Keep office and plans updated with RFIs and ASIs.
• Attend Punchlist inspections and track punchlist items.
• Assist in preparing and updating the project schedule.
