You will work from a site for six months or longer, learning Ryan's processes and policies while contributing to field and office operations. The role emphasizes estimating, cost control, reading drawings, coordinating RFIs, shop drawings, vendor deliveries, safety, and project scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and manage contracts and cost-coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Help generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and shop drawing coordination.
• Learn site logistics and permit inspection processes.
• Assist in coordination and tracking of Vendor and Subcontractor deliveries.
• Support project scheduling and punchlist activities.
• Learn Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.
