Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and read drawings.
• Understanding of purchase orders, contracts and cost-coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with RFIs, shop drawing logs and approvals.
• Track vendor and subcontractor deliveries and project schedules.
• Learn safety policies, site logistics and permit processes.
• Support punchlist inspections and field/office coordination.
