Job summary

Novo Construction Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer stationed at the project site, reporting to the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager.

You will coordinate scopes, submit materials, manage schedules, and foster communication with owners, architects, subs, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Within the first year, you may work on 2–4 projects, each lasting about 12–18 weeks, gaining exposure to diverse clients and trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend and coordinate project job walks and participate in the RFP process.
• Produce quantity take-offs for multiple disciplines.
• Develop, track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and procurement logs.
