Job summary

Cccjph is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as the technical link between project management, construction supervision, and crafts to ensure compliance with codes, drawings, and specifications.

The role requires travel to project sites for the duration and a four-year engineering or related degree with at least three years of heavy industrial construction experience. You will coordinate change orders, monitor costs, and support subcontract management while using project management software.

Qualifications

• A four-year engineering, construction, or related degree.
• Minimum of three years heavy industrial construction engineering/manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of drawings, specs, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering activities meet contract requirements and support overall construction schedule.
• Provide technical support for construction planning and design, interpretation of design and application of construction methods.
• Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents.
• Prepare project cost control, budgeting, and tracking records; manage cost reports and changes.
• Review budgets, change orders, and subcontract coordination to support timely project delivery.
• Interpret drawings for craft supervisors and resolve design conflicts; prepare RFIs and tracking logs.
