Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a learner to join the project team on a construction site, focusing on learning Ryan processes, procedures and business policies.

The program educates in field and office operations with a minimum six months on site, ideally the duration of the entire project. You will help generate RFIs, track approvals, monitor the shop drawing log, and learn dimensional control while field verifying measurements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively on a project site and office.

Responsibilities

• Help generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Monitor shop drawing log and coordination.
• Learn dimensional control and verify field measurements.
• Coordinate Vendor and Subcontractor deliveries.
• Learn Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Understand site logistics and permit inspection processes.
• Update office and site plans with RFIs and ASIs.
• Assist in Punchlist inspections and schedule updates.
