Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a motivated learner to assist the project team on a construction site, focusing on learning Ryan processes, procedures and business policies while supporting field and office operations.

The six-month minimum site assignment aims to educate across RFIs, drawings, scheduling, safety, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors, with opportunities to participate in inspections and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Ability to learn and coordinate with project teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in completing designated projects while learning Ryan processes, procedures and policies.
• Learn field and office operations on a construction site for six months or the duration of the project.
• Participate in RFIs, shop drawings coordination, scheduling, and site logistics.
