Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is hiring for an entry-level role within its Advanced Facilities group. You will join a diverse team on major Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects, gaining hands-on experience on safety, quality, estimating, procurement and on-site coordination.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience) and a willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience not required beyond entry level in construction roles.
• Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in safety and quality programs and culture on projects.
• Assist with QA/QC planning for assigned tasks.
• Support estimating and change management activities, including take-offs and subcontractor proposals.
• Work on site with project team to monitor crew size, hours, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare documentation and participate in project meetings.
• Assist with daily/weekly reports and schedule tracking.
• Support procurement logs and shop drawing tracking.
• Provide project updates to aid scheduling and close-out activities.
