Qualifications

• Education in materials and methods of construction or related field.
• Pursuing a BS degree in Civil Eng, Construction Mgmt, or Arch or equivalent.
• Experience organizing technical data neatly and accurately.
• Familiarity with CSI specs and field collaboration with trades.
• Ability to read and interpret design documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site logistics, subs/vendors, and field inspections.
• Support schedule management, estimating, and document control.
• Prepare meeting minutes, graphs, and checklists.
• Assist with BIM/VDC and on-site safety tasks as needed.
• Maintain organization and access to project records and data.
