Job summary

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university with at least one class remaining
• Knowledge of route surveying and scheduling (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management, document control (submittals, RFIs, change orders), and progress reporting
• Learn and perform project management functions of estimating, schedule planning, project controls, and project reporting
• Understand and learn construction plans
• Interact with clients, managers, and employees with a high level of professionalism
• Other assigned duties
