Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to learn project management functions and processes.
• Strong communication and professional conduct required.

Responsibilities

• Support project management with subcontractor and supplier coordination.
• Track materials, manage files, and maintain document control (submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Assist in estimating, scheduling, and project reporting.
• Learn construction plans and project controls.
• Interact professionally with clients, managers, and team members.
