Job summary

SK AX USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Coordinator - Document Control to oversee project documentation and provide on-site coordination for a large-scale AI data center construction program in San Jose, California.

As one of three full-time resident staff, you will own the document control function, manage revision control, submittals, meeting agendas and minutes, and ensure traceable records across the general contractor, owner's representative, technology partner, and systems integrator.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of document control experience on construction or data center projects.
• Hands-on experience with electronic document management systems such as Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or SharePoint.
• Experience preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items in a technical environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Korean is required.
• Strong revision control, approvals tracking, and records management.
• Ability to coordinate across organizational boundaries and obtain timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain version and revision control for drawings, specs, and interface control documents.
• Manage document issuance and distribution and track approval status.
• Publish and maintain the configuration register weekly.
• Produce meeting minutes within two business days.
• Maintain NCR and punch list registers through closeout.
• Coordinate 10–15 recurring and ad hoc meetings per month.
• Assemble evidence packages supporting owner’s technical acceptance at each phase gate.
• Coordinate with engineering and field teams to maintain complete inspection records.
