Job summary

KOMAN Advantage, LLC is seeking an On-Site Project Data Analyst to track customer contracts, change orders, and project costs, ensuring changes are reflected in Government software and that schedules, estimates, and variances are monitored.

Responsibilities include reviewing billings, collecting vendor invoices, entering data into Gov’t systems (Egnyte, Jamis, ILSS) and preparing daily/weekly client reports to support project managers.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar role as Project Analyst is a must or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Power Point and Word
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills including scheduling software and Microsoft Office products
• Microsoft Access experience is a plus
• (Maximo or IlSS) experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Track customer contracts, change orders, and related spend.
• Track subcontracts and related change orders, ensuring alignment with the project.
• Ensure all contracts and change orders are executed by the Project Manager or General Manager.
• Review billings for accuracy and ensure signatures are present.
• Submit billing to customer and log billings.
• Collect vendor invoices weekly and reconcile statements.
• Enter invoices for payment and upload to Egnyte.
• Enter time sheets into Jamis and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare and submit mandatory reports to client.
• Assist PM with work orders and entry in GOVT system.
