The ideal candidate has 1+ year of admin/coordination experience, proficient in MS Office, and strong written and verbal communication. Salary ranges from $19 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administration/coordination experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
• On-site work in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support for installation projects
• Answer phone calls
• Job # set up/creation
• Schedule technicians
• Assist with ordering equipment, parts, and products when necessary
• Billing - Work-In-Progress (WIP)
• Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
• Open willingness to continual learning
• Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
• Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
