Job summary

Koorsen Fire and Security in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead security installations and projects from start to finish. You will coordinate scope, schedules, materials, and manpower to ensure timely delivery of Intrusion, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intercom, and Monitoring systems.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience in security installations, strong communication, and the ability to meet licensing or vendor certification requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in security systems installation or service.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Pass drug and background screenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation of security products and systems (intrusion, video, access control, intercom, monitoring).
• Communicate and monitor project scope, schedule, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinate technician and subcontractor labor to meet schedules.
• Ensure materials are ordered and on-site for installation.
• Provide regular progress updates to field staff and operations.
