ImproveIt Home Remodeling in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive customer satisfaction by coordinating projects from sale to installation in a timely, quality-focused manner. This role involves scheduling, contractor coordination, materials logistics, CRM documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a 5‑star standard and on‑time milestones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or project management in home improvement or related industries
• Strong operational experience in at least one product line (Windows, Baths, Kitchen Refacing)
• Experience managing subcontractors or a subcontractor-based business preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and problem solve with others
• Attention to detail and accurate typing (40+ wpm)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all project aspects from sale to installation
• Coordinate all project logistics with customers, installers, vendors and departments to install timely and high-quality completion
• Schedule appointments with customers and vendors for effective project completion
• Manage communications with customers on job and service issues
• Review project details with Measure Tech or Project Manager to ensure order accuracy
• Coordinate materials needs and logistics with vendors and cross-functional operations
• Provide timely project updates to customers on milestones
• Update CRM with all necessary project details for accurate documentation
• Ensure timely payments collection and project closure
• Provide information to contractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments
