Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Project Coordinator to support PM teams in delivering assigned projects. You will focus on professionalism and customer service excellence while working with internal and external clients.

The role requires independent judgment and analytical skills to complete responsibilities. As a critical part of the end-to-end process, you will ensure milestone management and right-first-time delivery with patient safety in mind, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of GMP industry experience.
• Associates or higher degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service or related business area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from award stage to completion with PM team.
• Provide information to Project Manager on project requirements in their absence.
• Set up returns phase, manage IDRs and destruction, ensure invoicing.
• Receive and monitor client label text, Randomizations, drug components.
• Attend internal meetings and audits; produce minutes and actions; deliver required docs.
• Manage inventory reporting and track client inventory per project needs.
• Investigate and resolve disputed invoices and payment queries.
• Collect KPI data and report to PM team.
• All other duties as assigned.
