Job summary

Catalent's Philadelphia site is seeking a Project Manager II to lead customer programs from contract award through production, lifecycle management, and closure. You will oversee multiple complex programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and strong customer relationships in a GMP-regulated environment.

The role requires coordinating across PM, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and industry experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience managing clinical or commercial packaging and distribution projects.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer programs from contract award through production, lifecycle management, and closure.
• Manage multiple complex projects with timelines, budgets, risks, and customer communications.
• Drive financial performance including contracts, forecasts, revenue, invoicing, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Planning to align forecasts and capacity planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams across PM, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Business Development.
• Ensure GMP/GDP regulatory compliance and manage CAPAs, change controls, and quality-related activities.
