Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; GMP experience preferred.
• 2+ years of GMP-regulated project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing packaging/distribution projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact and program lead from contract award to closure.
• Oversee multiple complex programs with timelines, budgets, risks, and communications.
• Drive financial performance: contracts, forecasts, revenue, invoicing, profitability.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Planning for capacity and inventory readiness.
• Lead cross-functional teams across PM, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Ops, BD.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance; manage CAPAs and change controls.
• Mentor PM staff and maintain project data using key business systems.
