Catalent’s Philadelphia site in PA is recruiting a Project Manager II, Commercial to lead programs from contract award through product lifecycle and closure. You will serve as the primary customer contact and program lead for assigned commercial, validation, and strategic accounts, coordinating cross‑functional teams while managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience managing commercial product launches and validation programs.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact and program lead for commercial, validation, and strategic accounts from contract award through product lifecycle and project closure.
• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, risks, customer meetings, audits, launch readiness, and issue escalation.
• Manage commercial launch and validation activities, including packaging, labeling, process performance qualification, equipment qualification, supply chain readiness, and lifecycle management.
• Own project financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, revenue, invoicing, profitability, and business growth opportunities.
