Signarama Springfield is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our on-site team in Ozark, MO. This full-time role requires organization, initiative, and a client-focused mindset to manage multiple signage projects from inquiry through completion.

You will liaise with customers, vendors, and internal staff, prepare estimates, and maintain up-to-date project records. Prior admin or project coordination experience is a plus in a fast-paced, award-winning environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from inquiry through completion, keeping deadlines and next steps on track.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Prepare estimates, follow up on quotes, and help turn inquiries into orders.
• Maintain accurate, timely project records, including activity updates and status changes.
• Manage incoming calls, scheduling, front desk responsibilities, and general office support.
• Juggle multiple projects and changing priorities while proactively identifying delays and keeping things moving.
