icreatives is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support retail design and brand experiences from planning through final installation. You will collaborate with designers, vendors, clients, and installers to keep projects on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of project coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with PM tools like Asana or MS Project. This on-site role offers growth in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Support: assist with scheduling, task tracking, and maintaining project documentation.
• Communication + Coordination: coordinate between clients, internal teams, vendors, and installers; ensure teams have necessary information.
• Budget + Vendor Management: help track expenses, gather vendor quotes, and support sourcing and briefs.
• Design + Production Collaboration: work with design team to maintain brand and design consistency.
• On-Site + Events: provide logistical support during installations and events; ensure on-site needs are met.
• Growth: participate in project debriefs and apply feedback to improve PM skills.

Project Coordinator | Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: 50k - 60k

About The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to help bring retail design projects and brand experiences to life — from initial planning through final installation.

This is a great role for someone early in their project management career who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll support Project Managers and work directly with designers, vendors, clients, and installers to keep projects running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

What You'll Do

Project Support

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, task tracking, and maintaining project documentation
• Help organize meetings, prepare status reports, and track milestones

Communication + Coordination

• Coordinate communication between clients, internal design teams, vendors, and installers
• Ensure everyone has the information and resources needed to move work forward

Budget + Vendor Management

• Support budget tracking by maintaining expense records and gathering vendor quotes
• Assist with sourcing vendors, providing project briefs, and tracking deliverables

Design + Production Collaboration

• Partner with the design team to help maintain brand and design consistency during execution
• Learn fabrication, production, and installation processes by working alongside the team

On-Site + Events

• Provide logistical support during installations and events
• Help ensure teams have what they need on site for a smooth rollout

Growth

• Participate in project debriefs and apply feedback to strengthen your project management skills

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, events, design, marketing, or a related field. Internships and academic projects welcome
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, MS Project, or similar, plus Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn

Work Environment
