Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a motivated professional to join our Austin-based client team, coordinating the on-site team of FSRs and supporting project delivery in a construction/industrial setting. You will oversee site activities under the PM, ensure proper application of contract and claim management methods, and communicate delays, out-of-scope work, or opportunities.

Local candidates in Austin, TX with 2+ years in field service or project management are preferred, and strong MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in field service and/or project management.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to attend site up to 80% of the time.
• Advanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Strong understanding of UPS, STS and PDU equipment site commissioning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the on-site team of FSRs ensuring site needs are attended to.
• Notify the PM team about delays, out of scope activities, or any other opportunities at site.
• Under supervision of the PM, oversees the proper application of contract and claim management methods in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.
• Ensures that all policies are followed in all site activities.
