Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead upcoming projects from Austin, TX. You will ensure safety, staffing, reporting, and on-schedule progress across sites.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 4+ years in construction management, and strong organizational and leadership skills. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and a 20% annual bonus with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the site conducts safety meetings and inspections.
• Staff projects appropriately per the plan and ensure team performs core responsibilities.
• Ensure Daily Field reports are complete and accurate.
• Accountable for safety incident reporting and resolution.
• Lead PSM and OAC meetings and resolve constraints as the front-facing site representative.
• Ensure the schedule snapshot is accurate, timely, and milestones are met.
• Accountable for subcontractor non-performance issue resolution.
• Responsible for field team training, reviews, documentation, and performance.
• 5-day (Monday-Friday) physical co-location in office or on job site.
