Job summary

Digital Engineering seeks a Project Administrator to support our Water Resources, Transportation, Program Management, and Construction Engineering and Inspection teams. This on-site role focuses on keeping projects organized, on track, and running efficiently, working with project managers and cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and tools
