Job summary

Digital Engineering is seeking a Project Administrator to support Water Resources, Transportation, Program Management, and Construction Engineering teams. You will be involved in project setup, contract management, budgeting, and billing while ensuring data integrity and clear communication.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint and MS Office, and a proactive, customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years administrative or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer projects in Deltek Vantagepoint with data integrity.
• Lead project setup activities ensuring structure and contractual compliance.
• Support contract management, amendments, and change orders; track lifecycle.
• Oversee billing processes including invoicing and backup documentation.
• Draft and manage project correspondence reflecting objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and documentation of decisions and actions.
