Digital Engineering & Imaging Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator to support Water Resources, Transportation, Program Management, and Construction Engineering and Inspection teams.

The role emphasizes organization, initiative, and collaboration to keep projects on track and running efficiently. The position is on-site with offices in Kenner, Mandeville, Baton Rouge, or Waveland, MS, requiring regular travel to the Kenner office once per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and administer new and ongoing projects within Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Lead project setup activities and ensure data integrity and contractual compliance.
• Support contract management, project tracking, and updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee project closeout processes.
• Prepare, distribute, and analyze weekly and ad hoc project reports; resolve discrepancies.
