KING AND GEORGE LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead all base operations support contract functions on-site at the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA. Qualifications

• Three+ years managing three BOS functions within six years.
• PM and/or Project Management certification from an accredited agency.

Responsibilities

• Direct functional managers and coordinate integrated contract performance.
• Exercise authority to bind the contractor on contract execution matters; maintain alternate coverage.
• Attend Government meetings and be available within two hours for emergencies.
• Serve exclusively in program management with no other duties.
• Maintain staffing plans, recall roster and succession coverage; coordinate recruitment verification.
• Review performance, staffing, risks and deliverables; direct corrective action.
• Lead phase-in readiness and 30-, 60- and 90-day reviews with managers and support.
• Coordinate Work Control and emergency interfaces during contingencies and recovery.
• Provide QCM access, resources and independence; oversee rather than data entry or safety audits.
