Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Program Supervisor I to lead a specialized on-site program at a partner school campus in West Sacramento, CA. The role focuses on safety, program quality, and daily operations, coordinating staff and engaging students with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in education/youth programs.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position is required; 2+ years preferred.
• Previous classroom experience required per partner district requirements.
• Strong communication with students, parents, staff, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support site-level staff with coaching and training.
• Maintain safe, positive environment for students and staff; enforce safety protocols.
• Track student attendance and enrollment; keep program records confidential and compliant.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for school personnel and families; ensure regular communication.
• Monitor participation, behavior, and learning outcomes; use data for improvement.
