Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in education/youth programs.
• At least 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Internal Candidate: Completion of Think Together Build the Bench Program for SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures activities align with Think Together mission and school policies.
• Maintains ADA and site data; communicates with school principals and staff.
• Oversees staff and volunteers on site; mentors program staff.
