Job summary

Think Together seeks a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site educational program at a partner school. You will oversee daily site operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure program quality, safety, and alignment with district policies.

You will monitor ADA targets, coordinate with school administrators and parents, manage budgets and records, and work extended hours including weekends and non-instruction days as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 1-2+ years in education/youth programs; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within first 60 days of hire.
• Proven ability to communicate with students, parents, and school staff.
• Willingness to work before/after school, weekends and non-instruction days

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures activities align with Think Together mission and core agreements.
• Monitors participation, activity quality, behaviors, and student achievement.
• Implements program design and expectations; ensures curriculum delivery.
• Trains and coaches staff; provides printed lessons and materials for implementation.
• Maintains accurate attendance data and site records; ensures ADA compliance.
• Collaborates with school principal and faculty to align academic goals.
