Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site after-school program at a partner school. You will oversee program quality, student safety, and staff supervision, ensuring compliance with district and program policies.

The role requires managing multiple funding streams, coordinating with school administration, parents, and donors, and meeting attendance and service targets across before/after school hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in education/youth programs.
• At least 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Internal candidate: completion of Think Together Build the Bench Program for SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures program activities align with Think Together mission and values.
• Maintains ADA targets and student attendance data.
• Trains and coaches staff on routines, procedures, and program design.
• Manages site budgets and coordinates with school partners.
