Job summary

Think Together seeks a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site educational program on a partner school campus. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety and program quality, and coordinate with school staff and partners to meet ADA targets and funding requirements.

The role requires supervising staff, maintaining records, training teams, and ensuring program alignment with district policies and Think Together design. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 1–2+ years in education/youth programs; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• 2–3+ years in Level 2; AA or vocational certificate related to the position.
• Internal candidate: completion of Think Together Build the Bench Program for SPM preferred.
• Previous classroom experience required.
• Bilingual / Bi-cultural (Spanish) may apply in some districts.
• CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain within first 60 days of hire.
• Satisfactory TB skin test; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manages successful day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures program activities align with Think Together mission and core agreements.
• Monitors attendance, quality, behaviors and student achievement for improvement.
• Implements Think Together Program Design and curriculum expectations.
• Ensures program quality; trains and coaches staff with lessons, materials, and supplies.
• Trains and supervises the site team on instructional practices and engagement.
• Maintains safety guidelines and school safety plans; reports incidents.
• Manages site budgets and timecards; attends meetings and trainings.
