Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Program Supervisor I to lead a school-site program, oversee staff, track attendance, and ensure safety and quality. You will liaison with school staff and families, align with district policies, and manage day-to-day operations to support students’ positive experiences.

The role may include after-school hours and non-instructional days, with a focus on program quality, data integrity, and staff development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Experience in education or youth programs is expected.
• Strong communication with students, families, and school staff.
