Maysteel in Allenton, Wisconsin is seeking a Program Engineer to lead new product development from concept to production readiness, coordinating with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into manufacturable products.

You will guide projects, manage risks and costs, and work across design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure successful implementation. Travel approximately 15% may be required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3–4+ years in manufacturing product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development or program management.
• Sheet metal design experience.
• SolidWorks and/or Pro/E 3D modeling.
• Knowledge of FMEA, DOE, QFD, DFMA, and FEA.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~15% domestically and internationally.
• CSWPA-SM certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead new product development programs from concept through production readiness.
• Collaborate with customers, Business Development, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Estimating, Finance, and other teams to translate requirements into manufacturable products.
• Be the engineering leader for programs, driving progress, identifying risks, and coordinating resources.
• Lead design reviews, failure analysis, and technical discussions.
• Develop timelines, manage resources, risks, and project costs.
• Support engineering changes and product revisions throughout the lifecycle.
