The Atlas Group seeks an experienced Sheet Metal Engineering Program Manager to lead new and existing sheet metal products from concept through production release. You will coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and tooling to meet technical and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, managing risks, and ensuring manufacturability and compliance with aerospace standards.

Qualificações

5+ years engineering/manufacturing experience in sheet metal fabrication or related industry.
Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and production transitions.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T, and customer requirements.
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing requirements and quality standards.
Proficient in CATIA V5 or similar CAD software and planning processes.

Responsabilidades

Lead sheet metal product introductions from quotation to production release.
Serve as focal point for program execution, customer requirements, and manufacturing readiness.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, tooling, planning, and supply chain.
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
Review design and manufacturing documentation to ensure producibility and compliance.
