Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Murray, KY plant. This on-site role oversees production staff, plans schedules, and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency on all shifts.

You will collaborate with management to optimize plant performance and drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food packaging, knowledge of GMP, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food packaging environment preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety policies required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas.
• Plan, assign and direct work; address product and employee issues; resolve problems.
• Coordinate and monitor production schedules and worker hour requirements.
• Ensure procedures for production efficiency, quality, and safety are followed.
• Maintain time and production records; complete required paperwork.
• Train employees on safety, production standards, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate department activities.
• Support HR processes including disciplinary actions and performance management.
