Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Primary Pack Supervisor to lead a warehouse team at our West Jefferson, Ohio site. This on-site role requires coordinating daily tasks, coaching staff, and communicating with customers to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing, strong written and verbal communication, and a willingness to work extended hours during training and startup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor production/manufacturing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Provides 100% customer satisfaction.
• Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
• Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work.
• Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food grade warehouse.
