Job summary

RGE Texas Molding, part of RGE Group, is seeking a Production Scheduler & Customer Liaison for its Schertz, Texas facility. The role plans, schedules and controls production output while serving as the day-to-day contact for order status, delivery updates, shipping documents and invoicing coordination.

The position emphasizes shop-floor visibility, cross-functional communication, and timely delivery, with office and sales administration duties supporting the core planning function.

Qualifications

• Experience in production scheduling, planning, production coordination, customer service or order management within a manufacturing environment; injection molding or plastics experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and OSHA requirements in a production environment.
• Strong organisation, numerical accuracy, communication and prioritisation skills; proficient with Excel, email, planning systems, ERP/MRP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a practical production schedule based on customer demand, press capacity, tooling availability, materials, staffing, changeovers and quality requirements.
• Act as the named customer contact for order acknowledgements, progress updates, delivery windows, shipment advice and day-to-day customer liaison.
• Support accurate shipment paperwork and sales invoicing by matching quantities, prices, purchase-order references and delivery notes.
• Maintain schedule visibility between production, quality, logistics, finance and customers, escalating risks early and supporting practical recovery plans.
