Job summary

Ruff Land Performance Kennels is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and maintain production schedules across roto-molding facilities. You will balance customer demand, capacity, labor, materials, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years in production scheduling, strong organizational and analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems. Collaboration with purchasing, shipping, and sales is essential for schedule accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related experience.
• Experience using ERP systems for production planning and scheduling.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Schedule production orders based on customer requirements, priorities, inventory levels, and available capacity.
• Coordinate production schedules with customer delivery requirements and shipping timelines.
• Review sales orders, forecasts, and demand requirements to determine production needs.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address changes, delays, or priorities.
• Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to supervisors and production personnel.
