Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Manager, Production Quality in Lewisville, TX. This role oversees quality assurance for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards through the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management in manufacturing, possess strong communication skills, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers comprehensive benefits including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of quality experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial assembly.
• ISO-9001 certification preferred.
• Experience with modular systems or skid-mounted equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and FATs ensuring compliance with standards.

Skills

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Effective oral and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Strong knowledge of quality systems

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related field
