Modular Power Solutions, Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing support and oversee enterprise level development programs. The role emphasizes ownership, leadership across programs, and collaboration with safety, QA/QC, and project teams.

You will manage multiple projects, ensure manufacturing processes follow design intent, and mentor junior managers. A technical degree and extensive field electrical or industrial construction experience are preferred;

Qualifications

• Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician required.
• Minimum 12 years field / industrialized construction and/or manufacturing industry experience required.A combination of each is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide manufacturing support and oversight for enterprise level developers.
• Oversee production programs with intermediate scope and technical complexity.
• Coordinate with the BVA lead for manpower to match the production scheduling.
• Maintain production schedules with program GF.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed and adhered to.
• Collaborate with the Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
