Vylor seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at the Doniphan NE site. You will lead teams, review schedules, and ensure safety and quality while meeting production goals.

Expect active coaching, cross‑functional collaboration, and data-driven decisions to drive operational excellence. You will train staff, manage resources, and contribute to workforce planning, with a focus on continuous improvement and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (bachelor's degree strongly preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and coaching ability.
• Flexibility to rotate shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Data-driven problem solving and analysis.
• Proficiency with computer tools for data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Review production schedules, allocate team members and resources to complete schedules, and ensure production expectations are met.
• Ensure employees are properly trained.
• Model commitment to safety and quality while maintaining productivity.
• Analyze and resolve problems or assist employees in resolving problems.
• Lead employees in development with coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate operations activities, prepare seasonal areas, train teams, and collaborate with departments.
• Monitor product quality and ensure alignment with Quality and Rough-Cut Capacity Plans.
• Develop and maintain communication with workers and external partners.
• Coordinate workflows and resources between departments.
• Provide input to workforce planning, scheduling, and annual site plans.
• Complete and maintain records and reports for transactional excellence.
