Job summary

Xerox is seeking an Onsite Service Technician to join our Technical Services team. The role involves servicing client equipment onsite, applying electromechanical skills to diagnose and repair devices, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service calls.

You'll train customers on equipment use, maintain accurate inventories, and coordinate with Xerox specialists. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Electromechanical experience with multimeter and schematics for troubleshooting.
• Outstanding time management and reliability to meet client deadlines.
• Valid driver's license with active insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform fieldwork in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service under SLA and manage customer relations.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; training provided.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage inventories for equipment.
• Communicate equipment status and coordinate with Xerox personnel as needed.
• Deliver customer training to improve end-user knowledge.
