Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Norcross, GA is seeking a Printer Field Service Technician I to perform on-site maintenance of Canon-supported products. You’ll report failures, maintain service records, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting branch targets.

This customer-facing role requires HS diploma or equivalent, travel with a valid license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to obtain necessary clearances. Full-time, on-site work with benefit offerings are included.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license.
• Must obtain security and/or other customer clearances.
• Lift 50 pounds and be active >50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to branch/district metric targets.
