Progressive Machine & Design is seeking an experienced Contract Manufacturing Order Specialist to join the GPS division in Victor, NY. This brand-new role supports growth, strengthens customer relationships, and streamlines order management from quote to delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to align quoting, production timelines, and quality requirements, while ensuring accurate documentation and traceability in ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of customer service or contract management in precision manufacturing.
• Familiar with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems; ITAR, CUI, CMMC preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and quality documents.
• Advanced proficiency with Manufacturing ERP software.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for customers, managing orders from quote to delivery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and production teams to monitor orders and resolve issues.
• Review RFQs and establish pricing and lead times.
• Enter and maintain orders in ERP with traceability and proper documentation.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 compliance and RMAs.
