Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager to lead on-site teams, oversee clinical and operational performance, and ensure offices meet financial and service goals. You will guide clinicians, optimize workflows, and partner with leadership to drive patient access and satisfaction.

The role requires healthcare leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple offices and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of the assigned practice group, including revenue, center margin and EBITDA targets.
• Coordinate and oversee responsibilities to ensure offices operate efficiently and in line with SOPs; address facility issues.
• Provide monthly performance management and KPI reports with variance analysis and action plans.
• Provide root-cause analysis and plans for under-performance with leadership.
• Ensure adherence to LFST operational and clinical processes to drive service excellence.
• Collaborate with shared services to support clinicians and patients and improve access to care.
• Develop local referral relationships to broaden patient access.
• Assess patient capacity and clinician utilization; manage office teams and training needs.
• Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports (Clinicians, Lead Practice Coordinator, etc.).
• Support in onboarding and training of new clinicians; partner with Intake for patient matching.
