Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a healthcare operations leader to oversee multiple offices, driving clinical and administrative performance and ensuring service excellence. You will coach clinicians, manage revenue and EBITDA targets, and collaborate with shared services to support patients and providers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in healthcare leadership, and the ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear.
• Ability to walk frequently.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in assigned offices.
• Serve as a local culture carrier and extension of operations leadership.
• Monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, center margin, and EBITDA targets.
• Coordinate office operations and resolve facility issues.
• Report monthly key performance indicators, variance reports, and action plans.
• Provide root causes and action plans for underperformance.
• Implement operational and clinical processes to drive service excellence.
• Collaborate with shared services teams to support clinicians and patients.
• Manage local referral source relationships and promote LifeStance Health in local geographies.
• Assess patient capacity and clinician utilization with Operations, Clinical, and Medical Directors.
• Build high-performing teams through selection, training, and performance management.
• Directly manage clinicians, Lead Practice Coordinators, Practice Coordinators, and Medical Services Coordinators.
• Provide administrative oversight and operational support for therapists and prescribers.
• Support clinician engagement, onboarding, and training.
• Partner with Intake to ensure patient matching and ramp-up of new clinical team members.
• Serve as the operations contact for clinician administrative questions and concerns.
• Oversee escalated patient complaints and drive resolution with clinical and medical leadership.
• Support case consultation, clinical documentation and integrity, and clinical best practices.
• Communicate clinician dissatisfaction issues to operational and clinical directors.
• Mentor and engage strong performers and discuss career progression paths
