Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an on-site Power Platform Analyst to support deployments of the Task Management Tool (TMT) and Power Platform. You will collaborate with business users, sponsors, and leadership to deliver, update, and expand TMT functionality, serving as the primary on-site contact.

You will work with Accenture Federal Services specialists and lead adoption, training, and best practices, ensuring successful deployments in a complex federal environment.

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance required.
On-site work 100% daily.
At least 1 year of Power Automate experience.
At least 1 year of Power BI experience.
PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

Create, test, and maintain Power Automate flows.
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for analytics and insights.
Provide help desk support for Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 apps.
Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality.
Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT.
Coach customers on change management to support new initiatives.
Conduct classroom training and desk-side support for users and staff.
Update training materials and SOPs.
Prepare presentations for leadership briefings.
Conduct testing for new software builds and lead customer adoption.
