Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an on-site Power Platform Analyst to support deployments of the Task Management Tool (TMT). The role requires daily on-site presence and interaction with senior leadership, business users, and technical staff.

You will create Power Automate flows, develop Power BI reports, and provide help desk support for Microsoft 365 apps tied to TMT, while guiding change management and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• On-site work 100% of the time.
• 1+ year of Power Automate experience.
• 1+ year of Power BI experience.
• PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and maintain Power Automate flows to drive end-user processes.
• Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics and insights.
• Provide help desk support for the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 apps connected to TMT.
• Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality.
• Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Coach customers on change management to support new initiatives.
• Conduct classroom training and provide desk-side support for users and staff.
• Prepare presentations for leadership briefings.
• Lead customer adoption during new software builds.
